Grape composition: 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Shiraz, 12% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot

Taste: Ripe black cherry and plum take center stage, carried by tobacco, spices and cedar. The palate is smooth and structured with supple tannins and fresh acidity that adds balance and drive. Long and polished finish.

Color: Deep dark red

Food pairing: Grilled beef, braised lamb and game.
